*Cough*

This is the week of sickness! Everyone I know is getting sick, even me, but I’m superhuman and was fine within a day. Go me. 

As part of my work here, I’m starting to plan to start an “Artist Spotlight” Public Service Announcement Audio segment every week. I’ll be looking around for artists from Ontario who would be interested in doing a short interview. If there are any artists out there reading this now and you think you’d be interested, give me a shout! My hope is that these audio segments will be played on campus and community radio stations across the province. So that’s cool.

I was going through the archive the other day and I was on the hunt for some sweet raps, so I was looking through the Hip Hop section and came across the Shing Shing Regime. I really like this group for two reasons 1) The music is really cool. 2) The name is really fun to say. Come on give it a try…  Anyway, I’m listening to their song Honeyball. It’s awesome. Chill beats and sick raps. Give er’ a listen!
